Apple Butter Festival 2011 - Coloring Contest
Serendipity Ranch Bed & Breakfast is sponsoring an exciting contest for kids!
Are the kids driving you crazy with nothing to do?
Serendipity Ranch Bed & Breakfast in Oak Glen is sponsoring an exciting coloring contest for kids as part of the 2011 Apple Butter Festival.
If they like to color then this coloring contest will be right up their alley!
How To Enter
Entries can be colored at the Oak Glen Informaion Booth located at Los Rios Rancho during Apple Butter Festival Weekend - or - mail entries to: Serendipity Ranch Bed and Breakfast 11520 Green Ln. Oak Glen, Ca. 92399. You can also scan the colored pictures and email them to oakglenevents@cs.com before Nov 26th.
The Oak Glen Apple Butter Festival Coloring Contest is open for kids ages 2-13. The coloring pages age groups are: Group 1 is Kids Under 6. Group 2 is ages 5-8 and Group 3 is ages 9-11, and Group 4 is 11-13. Group 5 is open to "All Ages 1-13"
Simply download and print the page/entry form that fits your child's age. Be sure to check out all of the rules before entering the contest.
Rules
Complete the Personal Information
Artist's name, age, address, phone number and, email address. Parent(s) must sign the entry.
Eligibility
Childern 1-13 years old.
Deadline
All mailed or emailed submissions must be in the hands of Serendipity Ranch Bed and Breakfast by Sat. Nov. 26. Pictures colored at the festival must be submitted for Judging by 12 Noon Sun. Nov. 27. Winners will be announced at 2 pm on Sunday at Los Rios Rancho.
Entry Submission

Restrictions
Only one entry per child in groups 1-4. All ages 1-13 may enter group 5. Submissions cannot be returned and become the property of the Oak Glen Apple Growers Association.
Judging
Oak Glen Apple Butter Festival Coloring Contest judging will be based on the following: Neatness 50%, Use of color 30% and Originality 20%.
A 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prize/ribbon will be given in each category.
